Last week was great fun. My trio played for the opening night at Penarth Pavilion and found out that we were the first musicians in 50 years to play there…what an honour. It was really successful and the swinging 40s night was the perfect atmosphere to compliment the venue.

This week has seen storms with miraculous sunshine for my brides. With yesterdays storm warnings, Sarah and Daniel luckily managed to have the perfect day at Le Manoir…thank goodness.

My new jazz residency at Celtic Manor in Terry M’s is also going to keep me busy. It is a beautiful restaurant and the harp sounds perfect for the Sunday jazz lunch.

The next few weeks are quite exciting with performances for the Orient Express and the start of the Christmas countdown. …my favourite time of year!
