Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment in Pounds Sterling. We use Stripe as a payment processor. Stripe processes payments made on this website and securely handles your personal data in accordance with their terms and conditions.
If you do not want to enter your credit card details via our online service, please contact us.
Postage and Packaging
Our postage charges are calculated to cover the cost of postage plus the materials. You will be advised of the total cost before entering your payment details.
Our delivery fees start from:
- £2 for UK orders
- £5 for EU orders
- £6 for USA orders
- £13 for worldwide orders
A further £1.50 is added for each additional item ordered. UK orders over £65 are eligible for free delivery.
We aim to despatch your order within two business days. Delivery within the UK is normally within two business days, while international orders can take 14 days or longer to arrive.
Virtual products (including PDF e-books) do not incur delivery fees. Instead, unique links to these items are emailed to you. Download links can be used up to five times within 30 days of ordering before they expire. Once expired, download links cannot be reactivated, but you are welcome to purchase the document(s) again.
At present we are not required to be registered for VAT so no VAT is charged on goods purchased from this site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
No fault returns within 14 days
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery of your product by notifying us by phone on 07990 597784. Please have your order number or invoice to hand.
Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g., if you have opened the packing to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original packing. Pre-recorded CDs must be returned sealed.
We make no charge if you return the product to us in person. If you choose another method of return, such as posting an item back to us you must bear the costs.
Return of faulty goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product should be in otherwise in ‘as-new’ condition.
This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If a pre-recorded album is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.
We will refund delivery charges you have incurred in returning the item(s) to us.
