It has been a great period with lots of functions in beautiful venues and brides.

Last week I had the pleasure of playing for a gentleman who worked for a fashion magazine. The event was held in a stunning house in bath and I was playing in the grounds, next to a lilly pond. My hat was made by milliner Stephen Jones and the genius in charge of costumes was Patrick Kinmouth….all very exciting.

My trio The Whiting on the Wall was also, excitedly played on Radio this week Chosen as a new act, we received fantastic feedback and interest.

And finally, our new book is off to print. The talented Tony Robinson and I have written a book for beginners embracing jazz and blues and have, as a first, made a website with playalongs with inspiration for young budding jazzers who may want to start improvising.
